Tex-Mex Layered Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cans Frito bean dip
  • 3 mashed avocados
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 package taco seasoning mix
  • 2-3 chopped tomatoes
  • 1 bunch chopped green onions
  • 2 small cans sliced black olives
  • shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Layer bean dip on shallow platter or 13x9x2. Layer the remaining ingredients. Serve with tortilla chips.
  • Combine avocados, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Spread over bean dip. Note: can use premade guacamole in place of the avocado layer.
  • Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning. Spread over avocado layer.
  • Layer the remaining ingredients. Serve with tortilla chips.
