Tex-Mex Layered Dip
Ann Michele and Emily’s favorite!
Ingredients
- 2 cans Frito bean dip
- 3 mashed avocados
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 2-3 chopped tomatoes
- 1 bunch chopped green onions
- 2 small cans sliced black olives
- shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Layer bean dip on shallow platter or 13x9x2. Layer the remaining ingredients. Serve with tortilla chips.
- Combine avocados, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Spread over bean dip. Note: can use premade guacamole in place of the avocado layer.
- Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning. Spread over avocado layer.
- Layer the remaining ingredients. Serve with tortilla chips.
