Ham & Hashbrown Potato Bake
Ingredients
- 32 oz package frozen hash brown potato (thawed)
- 2 cups cubed ham
- ⅔ cup minced onion
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup (can use cream of celery or cream of mushroom)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1½ cups sour cream
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ¾ cup crushed corn flake
Instructions
- Mix together 1/3 cup melted butter, onion, soup, cheddar cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper.
- Stir in potatoes and ham, pour into a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle cornflakes and drizzle remaining 1/3 cup melted butter over top.
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Remove from oven 10-15 minutes before serving.
