Ham & Hashbrown Potato Bake

Ingredients

  • 32 oz package frozen hash brown potato (thawed)
  • 2 cups cubed ham
  • cup minced onion
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup (can use cream of celery or cream of mushroom)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • cups sour cream
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¾ cup crushed corn flake

Instructions

  • Mix together 1/3 cup melted butter, onion, soup, cheddar cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper.
  • Stir in potatoes and ham, pour into a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Sprinkle cornflakes and drizzle remaining 1/3 cup melted butter over top.
  • Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Remove from oven 10-15 minutes before serving.
