Ingredients

  • 1 Chicken
  • 8 ounce package of spaghetti
  • 4 ounce can mushrooms (drained)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 jar chopped pimentos ((not required))
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Cook chicken in salted water until done. I sometimes use chicken breasts rather than a whole chicken. Bone in adds flavor.
  • Remove and cook spaghetti in chicken broth until done. When chicken is cool enough to handle, pick meat off bones, do not use skin.
  • Drain spaghetti and add chicken, soups, mushrooms, butter and pimento.
  • Place in greased baking dish; sprinkle the cheese over the top and bake 30 minutes at 350°.
