Ingredients

package of spaghetti

ounce
can mushrooms
(drained)

can cream of mushroom soup
1
can cream of celery soup

tbsp
butter

jar chopped pimentos

grated cheddar cheese
Instructions
Cook chicken in salted water until done. I sometimes use chicken breasts rather than a whole chicken. Bone in adds flavor.
Remove and cook spaghetti in chicken broth until done. When chicken is cool enough to handle, pick meat off bones, do not use skin.
Drain spaghetti and add chicken, soups, mushrooms, butter and pimento.
Place in greased baking dish; sprinkle the cheese over the top and bake 30 minutes at 350°.
