Breakfast Casserole
Family Favorite!
Ingredients
- 1 pound Hot Owen's breakfast sausage (cooked, drained and crumbled)
- 10 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1½ cups sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 6 slices white bread (torn)
Instructions
- Mix together the eggs, milk, salt, mustard and pepper.
- Layer 6 torn pieces of bread in greased 9 x 13 pan.
- Layer sausage. Layer cheese. Pour egg mixture over the above layers.
- Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350° for 30 - 45 minutes until firm.
