Ingredients

  • 1 pound Hot Owen's breakfast sausage (cooked, drained and crumbled)
  • 10 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • cups sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 6 slices white bread (torn)

Instructions

  • Mix together the eggs, milk, salt, mustard and pepper.
  • Layer 6 torn pieces of bread in greased 9 x 13 pan.
  • Layer sausage. Layer cheese. Pour egg mixture over the above layers.
  • Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350° for 30 - 45 minutes until firm.
