Ingredients

Hot Owen's breakfast sausage
(cooked, drained and crumbled)

eggs

milk

tsp
salt

tsp
dry mustard

tsp
black pepper

cups
sharp cheddar cheese
(shredded)

slices white bread
(torn)
Instructions
Mix together the eggs, milk, salt, mustard and pepper.
Layer 6 torn pieces of bread in greased 9 x 13 pan.
Layer sausage. Layer cheese. Pour egg mixture over the above layers.
Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350° for 30 - 45 minutes until firm.
