Chicken Tetrazzini

Ingredients
- 1 Chicken
- 8 ounce package of spaghetti
- 4 ounce can mushrooms (drained)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 jar chopped pimentos ((not required))
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Cook chicken in salted water until done. I sometimes use chicken breasts rather than a whole chicken. Bone in adds flavor.
- Remove and cook spaghetti in chicken broth until done. When chicken is cool enough to handle, pick meat off bones, do not use skin.
- Drain spaghetti and add chicken, soups, mushrooms, butter and pimento.
- Place in greased baking dish; sprinkle the cheese over the top and bake 30 minutes at 350°.
