Ingredients

9-inch unbaked pie crust
⅔
package partially thawed frozen chapped spinach
(squeeze out excess moisture)

eggs
(well beaten)

cup
grated mozzarella cheese

cottage cheese
a few
sliced and sautéed mushrooms

thinly sliced green onion
1
can evaporated milk

tbsp
dry parmesan cheese
dashes
Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce

nutmeg
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400. Bake empty pie shell in hot oven for 5 minutes.
In a large bowl combine ingredients.
Pour filling into crust, lower oven temperature to 350.
Bake 30-40 minutes until filling sets. Reheats well.
