Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 can Rotel
  • 1 can diced tomato
  • 2 cans corn
  • 1 can black beans
  • 2 cans pinto beans
  • 1 package ranch salad dressing mix
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 onions (chopped and sautéed)
  • 1 package taco seasoning

Instructions

  • Mix and heat 30 minutes.
  • Serve with tortilla chips, grated cheese, sour cream and guacamole.
